A Week of Artistic Endeavors and Anticipated Breaks
A Busy Week with a Dash of Holiday Cheer
As we inch closer to the end of the year, the pace in my studio has been nothing short of frenetic. This past week, despite the whirlwind of activities, I managed to complete two remarkable pieces. With the holiday season upon us, I’m looking forward to a much-needed 5-day break to spend quality time with my family over the Christmas holiday. In preparation for this, I’ve been juggling eight paintings simultaneously. The good news is that 4 or 5 of these are expected to be finished by next week, ready to be shipped before the holiday season fully swings into gear.
This Week’s Artistic Highlights
“At The Winery”
The first piece to highlight is “At The Winery,” a commissioned acrylic painting that captures a couple’s cherished moment at the Chateau Chantal winery in Michigan. “The Iron Giant”
The second piece, “The Iron Giant,” is a vibrant 16×20 painting that brings to life everyone’s favorite giant robot soaring through space, passing the iconic Sputnik satellite. This piece was not only a joy to create but also a hit on social media. It evoked deep, nostalgic memories from childhood for many who responded to the painting. It stands out as one of the most enjoyable projects of the year.

The coming week is set to be as exciting as the last, with the anticipated completion of 4 or 5 new pieces.
